Nattasha's original song "Million Dollar You" has been given a special nod as "Commended" in the Master Open Section along with entrants from all over the world including the USA! Nattasha is off this weekend to Sydney as one of only 3 Grand Finalists for the 2001 Golden Saddle Award. THE GREATNESS OF THE MAGNIFICENCE There will be a fundraising event for the Greatness of the Magnificence on Friday 7th September. The Duke of Cambridge in Easton (just by the M32 roundabout) will be the venue for an extravagant evening of entertainment costing just £1 entrance on the door. Music will begin from 7pm with an open mic session followed by sets from Jesse Morningstar, Patrick Duff and Andréa Hernandez. THE SEPIA Just to let all those of you who were due to come down to the Hope and Anchor tomorrow night (11th September), the gig has now been CANCELLED. We've just been told that the venue, which has just been refurbished, has not been granted a new electric license by the local authority, and won't be granted one until Thursday. Sorry for any inconvenience, but it really is out of The Sepia's control.... ...However, a new date is being pencilled in, details as soon as we can get them to you, needless to say, the gig schedule beyond this point is a little hectic already, so it may be at the back end of the year, or even into January. What we do know is that the re-scheduled gig is likely to have the same line-up of 'Muffpunch', 'The Sepia' and 'Leisurehive'. Some other news is that the Camden Underworld gig pencilled in for December 8th will now take place on January 5th, due to one of the bands being on tour in Europe. The line-up is semi-confirmed as 'Freudstein', 'The Sepia', 'Swarf', 'Seize' and 'Greenhaus'.
