ST IVES SEPTEMBER FESTIVAL
St. Ives September Festival is proud to announce that the event will be taking place in St. Ives, Cornwall, on the 7 - 21 September 2002.
This year's event promises to be bigger than ever with a whole range of performances from the folk, jazz, blues and popular music arenas. Key guests include: Clair Martin and Ian Shaw (7 - Sept, Jazz), Michael Messer (11 - Sept, Acoustic Blues Artist of the Year), The Royal Academy (11 - Sept, Classical), The Commitments (12 - Sept, Rock) Micky Moody (14 - Sept, Blues/Dance), The Big Jim Sullivan Band (16 - Sept, Blues), Jim Mullen (17 - Sept, Jazz), Steve Tilston (19 - Sept , Folk) and The James Hunter Band (20 - Sept).
Not only will we be offering outstanding music; but non - music buffs will also be able to enjoy literature (talks by various authors including Prue Leith - 9 Sept, Brian Barron -10 Sept, Jean Brady - 12 Sept and Michael Dobbs - 13 Sept), poetry (Catrina Porteus - 11 Sept, Rick Hool - 14 Sept and Evelyn Holloway - 20 Sept), open art studios, comedy acts and others yet to be confirmed.
On the 21st September the St. Ives September Ball will also be held in the St. Ives Guildhall.
Jude Chapman, St. Ives September Festival Director said: 'We are very excited about the upcoming Festival and have put in a lot of hard work to ensure that there is something for everyone. Not only does everybody have a great time, but it also showcases St. Ives as a visitor attraction.'

UK-CL ONLINE CLUBBERS GUIDE OFFERS INFORMATION VIA MOBILE PHONES
