FROM HOUSEWIFE TO SUPERSTAR!

"Years after 'giving up' a career in music, a friend uploaded some of Jane's old demo's onto the internet and within weeks she had hundreds of emails from people wanting to find out more about her!"
Since the release of the album in January, Jane has been featured on several national and international radio stations including, BBC Essex, Essex FM, Manx FM, Saga FM, Radio Caroline, Digital Blues, Radio Premiere among others, and she is receiving very positive reviews and feedback from the press. Despite not having a record deal, she seems to be attracting a great deal of attention.
There's a pretty amazing story behind Jane's current popularity which can be read at Press Pack where you'll see how in less than a year she's gone from housewife and mother to releasing her first album. You can find out more about Jane at: janemusic.info and and read some recent reviews at Reviews
This year promises to be very exciting and busy for the Johnny Philko clan. We are going to be quite busy in the coming months, and thought we would take a few minutes to fill you in on what's going on.
Shows:
On March 8th, Johnny Philko will be at the Flying Machine. The Flying Machine is conveniently located right next to Baby Ray's Backstage Bar at 3970 Josephine Ave. in Lorain, Ohio. Show starts at 9:00 p.m.
Moving on to March 15th, Johnny Philko will be appearing at Borders in Westlake, Ohio. This is an unplugged performance, which is something new for us. And it's a great opportunity to have a cup of coffee, meet the band, buy a CD, and get it signed. The show starts at 8:00 p.m.
So, for all you Philkonians that are tired of being cooped up all winter and are ready to blow-off some steam, hear some great music along with some new tunes, and just have a great time in general, come on out!
