With a name like 100%, a band would be expected to give it their all at every gig they played, and when I caught up with them they were certainly living up to their name.

It was their second gig of the day and I over heard some people say "they look like they're a bit tired". If they sound this good when they're tired, I couldn't imagine what they are like when they are wide awake.

The band is made up of Marco - bass / vocals, Steve - guitar / vocals, Darren - guitar, and Rupert - drums and have only been in this line up since December.

They can be seen playing the pub circuit, in and around the London area, with plans to move further afield. They are looking forward to a college tour, with eight other bands in the summer.

100% was born at a jam night at the 'Six Bells' in Brentford and continued the sessions after the original band pulled out.

This covers band at present play rock classics, along with up to date stuff such as Radiohead etc and I must say are great at the old guitar sequences. When their original drummer returns to the fold, at the end of April, they are planning to set to work on writing their own stuff. Which I will look forward to reviewing in the future.

100% are a talented bunch, who really know how to entertain and capture the audiences attention. A great night out and I'm sure nobody left disappointed.

100% - A band that give it their all!
