Headup, I've been told are going to be play all over the place shortly. They're playing Brunswick Arms, Gt Yarmouth on 27th August and soon are being flown over to Germany. The Germans seem to be lapping this lot up, they already have air-time on German radio stations shortly. So while their still in the country maybe you should check them out! While you're here have a listen to one of the tracks on their album, 'something positive'.

The place? The Brewery. The time? Friday July 17th and Head up were playing.

I've never seen The Green Jack Brewery so packed. People everywhere with the bar staff running around, making sure everyone had a pint in their hand.

The night started when the group turned up in their stretched limo... Flashy. The band with all that energy and talent had arrived.

Finally Headup made it to the stage with the theme tune to Darth Vader (makes a difference from The Thunderbirds theme tune) a bit contraversial to the name of their new album, 'Something Positive' which was of course the reason for them holding this party.

The crowd were making so much noise before they even started you just knew you were going to be in for a really, really good night. The funky rappin' beats were heard for miles I'm sure, and everyone enjoyed themselves. This lot maybe young and have only been together for a short while but they seem to know what they're doing and I wish them every bit of luck that they deserve.

I hear that good things are coming to this band and now I know why. This is a band with character and energy as well as cool new tunes. Ok, we gave the band a mention last month so we know that Richard sings, Oli plays Drums, Benny play bass, Kieran plays guitar and trumpet and kolin plays guitar. However, we didn't realise there was another member to this band... Chester their mascot, who lives next to the bass drum... the poor cuddly toy.

If you want to know when they're playing next in your area don't forget about our gig guide in the magazine or if you're able to surf the net try our on-line magazine.

A great night, I really enjoyed myself. Good luck in the future. 10/10 for knowing how to hold a groovy party!!!
