Fancy a night of the 12 bar blues, sitting in the pub with a nice cold beer in your hand and maybe a cigarette in the other as you tap your foot to the blues as we all know it?
Mike (vocals/guitar); TJ (guitar); Ivan (bass) and Andy (drums) make the 12 bar blues band, Taildragger. Based in Bury and Cambridge and only been about for 3 years this band certainly had a following in The Mulberry Tree Ipswich, which is were I spotted this lot.
The night I went they definitely put on a show to be seen if you're into your 12 bar blues. They're fun to watch and even the lot that was keeping the bar up was bouncing around to the blues, rather than the usual foot tapping. Later on in the second half of their set there were even people dancing. Not bad for a pub gig hey?
