What can I say about this LP? I love it, but the record buying public?

Very forward looking post 20th century experimentation from this French four piece - 2 boys, 2 girls - with live drum, which sometimes nearly approaches danceable in a skew way, usually opting for repetitive minimalism which can be hypnotic or overlong, depending on your mood.
Over this are placed unobtrusive vinyl crackles and skittering CDs, tones, mysterious gurgles and clicks, and even the occasional tune!

When more readily recognisable structures kick in, they provide sharp contrast to the high pitched and repetitive beats which have been driving my cats to distraction.

This LP definitely won't be for everyone, only those looking for something genuinely alternative and different need bother. If you're already familiar with the post rock/electronica scene you probably know what to expect, but Tone Rec are definitely more left field than the average bear!
