Creed is a great band full of talent and unique tunes. However, they are well known in the industry for taking off Pearl Jam. When you hear their CD you understand why. No, Eddie Vedder does not sing for Creed that's Scott Stapp, that's the reason everyone blames this band for copying Pearl Jam, unfortunately for this band Scott has a voice that sounds so like Eddie they get this name but they're fighting back. Creed have released their new album, 'My Own Prison' that has already sold 3 million copies in America (a lot of zeros).
It's not suprising when they create songs like 'In America' . Scott Stapp does have a brilliant voice and the rest of the band are just as talented so KlubKat's advice is buy the CD. If you want to hear them live they will be back in the UK Playing live on July 10, at Milton Keynes Bowl along with Metallica. Too far? Buy a CD.
