Jim Graham is a solo artist specialising in flamenco, Celtic and classical guitar work. His influences are Jimmy Page, Liona Boyd and Mel Bay. Jim is based in Ontario, Canada and has a busy lifestyle performing and teaching, with many of his students going on to do live acts of their own. He has recently produced his own instruction book entitled Jim Graham's Fingerstyle workshop, which demonstrates techniques he uses in his own work. His dedication to the guitar has paid off in recent times, with recognition and airtime all over the world.

The track I am focusing on is dedicated to the memory of Carlos Montoya who played great improvised work on stage and would never lose his Train of Thought. The tune is beautifully played and will soon have your mind whisked away with thoughts of Spain with its tranquil flamenco style. The CD, titled Mezolanza, has a total of 21 songs with the track Train of Thought nestled amongst them. This packed CD is just the thing for those long romantic meals for two - a true pleasure to listen to.
