The Swingekickers (Jon-vocals; Dom-drums; Nick-keyboard; James-guitar and John-bass) are a young Brit-pop band with ambitions to the sky and talent that could get them there. I had seen this band a while back and was impressed, but this time I was both surprised and pleased with the progress that this band have made. I can now say that this is one of the tightest bands around and they bring with them such stage presence and an enjoyable atmosphere.

They're the usual pop band, the smiley drummer, the bouncy singer and the serious guitarists. As usual, the bands ambitions are to go all the way, with of course a slight difference. If you want to go and check them out they will be out and about shortly and they are not to be missed.

What are they like? Well, their influences include things like: Radiohead, The Beetles, Blur Stone Roses... I have to stress though, that their songs are all original and all go down well in my books, their great to watch.
